This AMS component is where new ideas for improvement from any staff member are captured for management appraisal. A history of progress is kept and "Improvement Projects" (see #7) can be spawned from either "ideas" or "audits". Staff can input "ideas" at any time and these will be immediately visible to management who can then comment and determine if an idea is worthy of further investigation or the creation of an improvement project.

Any recommendation or idea must also include suggested measures and targets of how improvements can be quantified if the idea is implemented.
